ICON Model Crew – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ICON Model Crew (IMC). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Models must have competed in a pageant within the last four (8) years to qualify for listing.
• If under 18 years of age you must have a parent or guardian create and manage your portfolio until the age of 18 is reached.
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Account & Portfolio

• Each portfolio is created and managed by IMC staff in collaboration with you.
• You are responsible for supplying accurate details and images you have the rights to use.
• IMC reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove any content that does not meet our quality, professional, or community standards.

3. Content Ownership

• IMC does not retain any ownership of your photos and personal content uploaded to your portfolio.
• By submitting content, you grant IMC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share your portfolio on our platform and in marketing materials.
• You may not upload images or content you do not have legal rights to use.
• Images with watermarks will be removed.

4. Industry Access

• Casting directors, agencies, photographers, and other professionals are provided free access to view and contact models.
• IMC does not guarantee bookings, contracts, or employment opportunities.
• Any arrangements, agreements, or contracts made between you and third parties are strictly between those parties, and IMC is not liable for the outcomes.
• Linking any social media platforms to portfolio profiles is strictly prohibited and will be removed by admin.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed as stated during sign-up.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Failure to keep payments current may result in suspension or removal of your portfolio.

6. Code of Conduct

• Users must act professionally and respectfully within the IMC community.
• Any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful behavior may result in suspension or permanent removal.
• Impersonation, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• No nude or implied nude images are to be uploaded to this website.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• IMC provides a platform for visibility and discovery but does not act as an agency, employer, or representative of its models.
• IMC is not responsible for third-party actions, communications, or opportunities.
• All use of the platform is at your own risk. IMC disclaims liability for damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the site.

8. Privacy

• IMC will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform.
• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

9. Termination

• IMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
• You may request cancellation of your portfolio at any time by contacting IMC and deleting your portfolio profile through your account.

10. Changes to Terms

• IMC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Louisiana, United States.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Louisiana
